• Messages you send: if you contact us on WhatsApp or by email (info@balitravelguideplus.com), we keep your message and your phone/email to reply to you and improve our service.
• Website analytics: we use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand which guides are popular. These tools store anonymised data (pages viewed, session duration, country, device). We do not sell this data.
• Event tracking: when you click a WhatsApp or email link on our site, we log the click (page, time, approximate location from IP) so we can measure which pages lead to real help.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your contact details to third parties.
• We do not send cold marketing messages.
• We do not require you to create an account.

Third parties

We use trusted infrastructure providers (Vercel for hosting, Cloudflare for DNS/CDN, Mailgun for email routing, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Supabase for the chat widget). These providers have their own privacy policies.

Your rights

You can ask us to delete any data we have about you by emailing info@balitravelguideplus.com. We will delete it within 30 days.
